This special Manitoba Nurses Union member fee is reduced from the standard UCWE member fee of $695.00 through the application of the redirected organizational honorarium.
Standard UCWE Member Fee Breakdown
Legal fee payable to the lawyer preparing the estate documentation: $600.00.
UCWE administration, coordination, marketing, and member program fee: $95.00.
Manitoba Nurses Union Partnership Reduction
Under the Manitoba Nurses Union partnership arrangement, the standard $20.00 organizational honorarium is redirected toward reducing the UCWE member program fee such that:
Standard UCWE fee component: $95.00
Less redirected honorarium: -$20.00
Revised UCWE fee component: $75.00
Accordingly:

This significant reduction in fees was negotiated by Upper Canada WILLS with licensed lawyers providing estate documentation through virtual meetings between the lawyer’s office and the client’s home.
In the event that separate or supplementary estate documentation is required by the member, an additional fee may be negotiated directly with the lawyer preparing the estate documentation. Please also note that law firms may charge separate disbursements or office expenses that are not included in the legal fees shown.
