Note that this significant discount in fees was negotiated by Upper Canada WILLS with licensed lawyers offering estate documentation via virtual meetings between the lawyer’s office and their client’s home. In the event that separate or supplementary estate documentation is required by the member, an additional fee may be negotiated directly with the Lawyer who will be preparing the estate documentation. Likewise, please note that law firms differ in the amount of office expenses they bill as disbursements for a file which are not included in the legal fees shown.
+ Due to a change in legislation in Quebec, notaries are required to see their clients in person to sign Wills & Powers of Attorney. As such, the applicable discount is amended to 25% off the National Average Rates. The fee for a Couple will now be $1145.00. The balance of $1050.00 is paid by Venngo members to the notary doing their estate documentation.
